Abel Cine Tech is now shipping the latest product line from ASL Gear, the T-Bag family of splashbags. ASL’s splashbags come in two sizes that cover virtually all professional camera models. The full-sized T-Bag fits Digital Cinema and 2/3” broadcast HD cameras; the Compact T-Bag fits most compact HD cameras. See the T-Bag Compatibility Chart for details.
Both models are designed for wet environments and submersed applications (up to 3 meters). The versatile design allows for multiple configurations from handheld to tripod, from surface level to crane shots. Mechanical and electronic controls allow the operator access to lens operation, while the T-bags’ high-tech material provides durable, puncture free protection. Unique self-sealing, reusable gland ports allow the use of standard cables and interchangeability between cameras for dramatic cost savings.
The full-sized T-Bag is available with a 4” HD/SD-SDI underwater LCD monitor or an underwater housing for a RED 5.6” LCD monitor. The full-sized T-Bag also includes an integrated mechanical follow focus. Both the T-Bag and the Compact T-Bag feature flat ports, glove access with full rotational cuff, O’Connor flange camera plates, purge valves and adjustable handgrip systems. Optional accessories include a dome port, two-stage 4x5.65 filter holder with full rotation and a shoulder pad. |
