The GY-HM100U's simple operation makes it an ideal camera choice for news reporters and producers. The dual hot-swappable slots allow for recording up to a maximum of 6 hours of continuous HD recording in 720p on SDHC memory cards.

Selectable data rates up to 35Mbps allow for recording in 1920 x 1080 (1080p24/p25/p30, 1080i60/i50) or 1280 x 720P (p60/p50/p30/p25/p24)
