RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Upon receipt of your purchase, please check that all items on your packing slip have been accounted for. Carefully unpack and inspect the condition of all equipment, taking care not to damage the manufacturer's original packaging.
Do not fill out the manufacturer's warranty cards or throw away any packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc. until you are completely sure you want to keep the equipment. AbelCine cannot accept merchandise for return with completed warranty cards, or damaged or missing collateral material.
All claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to AbelCine within three (3) business days of receipt of equipment. In the event the package arriving damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping carrier, if shipped on the client’s account, to inspect the package to assure full refund or replacement. If shipped on AbelCine’s account, the client should contact AbelCine.
AbelCine is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any equipment purchased from us. It is important to read all instruction manuals before using your equipment.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
AbelCine does not accept returns / refunds on the following items:
- Hard drives
- Items with timers having more than 120 mins of use
- Special Order Items
- Custom Order Items
While AbelCine makes every effort to inform its customers of the details of the products we carry, it is ultimately the consumer’s responsibility to understand the specifications, capabilities and limitations of the products purchased.
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order of items not listed above, you can return it to AbelCine within 30 days of your receipt of the equipment. Please note, unless defective, a 25% re-stocking fee will be charged on any used or opened box products. Before returning any merchandise, call a Customer Service Manager in our NY, LA, or IL offices, or email email@example.com with your invoice or quote number and reason for return. A Customer Service Manager will respond with further instructions. Once an RMA is issued, the item must be returned before the 30 days from original item receipt has expired.
Items can be returned to the New York, Burbank, or Chicago office locations or can be shipped to one of our locations via a pre-paid freight service. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original packaging. Doing so will result in a re-stocking fee. With the return shipment, please include a copy of the original invoice and a completed RA form. This form is included with your shipment, or you can download the RA Form. Please contact a Customer Service Manager for your RA number and write it on the form.
Unless defective, open-box or damaged returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, or may not be returnable. Items can be returned or exchanged only if they are in original packaging and delivered to AbelCine in the same condition as sold with literature, instructions, and warranty cards intact.
Please allow AbelCine 2-5 business days to process refunds for returns.
AbelCine is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model. AbelCine is not responsible for any consequential damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
RETURN / EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS
Your original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges, and warranty repair services. For cash purchases over $250 and check purchases over $100, your refund will be issued by check from our main office in NY within 5 business days of the processed return. All other refunds will be issued in the manner in which payment was received.
If any of the above conditions are not met, AbelCine reserves the right to refuse the return.
No refunds or exchanges will be made on sales after thirty (30) days of order receipt.
WARRANTIES AND WARRANTY REPAIRS
Most items sold by AbelCine are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. When the item has a manufacturer's warranty, and/or the AbelCine 30 day warranty period has expired, calls for service or repairs will be referred directly to the manufacturer or their authorized service centers. Warranty repairs on equipment are to be sent to the manufacturer or authorized repair centers for repair at owner’s expense after 30 days from purchase.
