Qio (pronounced cue-eye-oh) features dual P2, SxS, and CF slots, replacing multiple standalone card readers. It also has two eSata ports for connecting external drives for copying files between any cards, attached drives or host computer with a collective bandwidth up to 250MB/sec. Qio's interface card extends the PCIe bus outside the computer, so the SxS ports double as ExpressCard/34 ports, and the P2 ports are also are compatible with CardBus cards.
Currently, the Qio PCIe is compatible with desktop computers with PCIe slot, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Mac Pro with PCIe slot, Mac OS X(4) Version 10.5 and up, and is Snow Leopard tested (Advanced users note that Qio is not compatible in full 64-bit kernel boot. Snow Leopard default boots in 32-bit kernel, except in an Xserve.)
