Lightweight, compact HDV 1080i VTR capable of recording and playback of HDV 1080i, DVCAM, and DV (SP) on a mini DVCAM cassette, offering full backward compatibility to the standard definition DV world. The 1080i recorded image can be down converted to SD output mode directly from the VTR or camcorder in digital or analog. Also plays back HDV 720p pre-recorded tapes offering complete HDV compatibility. Can be operated in either a horizontal or vertical orientation, allowing it to be easily integrated into existing operational environments.
