The Sony SRW-9000PL uses a Super-35 sized single sensor and a PL lens mount. The camera offers the controls and recording quality of studio-bound cameras with the versatility of a broadcast camera design. The HDCAM-SR recording format allows for 4:2:2 or 4:4:4 Progressive Segmented Recording (psf) at frame rates up to 60p at an astounding 440Mbps or 880Mbps. The camera is also capable of recording up to twelve channels of 24-bit audio across its HD-SDI input. Full raster 1920x1080 recording off the three 2/3” CCD sensor block allows up to 25 minutes of 24p material on an HDCAM-SR tape at the highest quality. ISO 800 sensitivity with 12+ stops of Dynamic Range.
