The Tiger Claw is an adapter that adds the missing post to your existing wedge plate, providing a second point of contact between the camera and wedge plate, preventing the camera from twisting and turning.
The Tiger Claw kit comes with two standard 1/4" 20 machine flat head screws--one standard slot flat head screw and one hex keyed flat head screw. Just snap the Tiger Claw into the bottom of your wedge plate, and countersunk screws will create a tight and secure mount.
