The FS100 Filmmaker Kit consists of Zacuto's Universal Baseplate and Z-spacer. The Z-spacer raises the camera so the lens is at the correct height for use with a matte box (note: the Z-spacer is not needed when used with cameras such as the Sony PMW-F3 and Panasonic AF100, or if no mattebox is being used with the Sony FS100).
Basically, the FS100 Filmmaker kit is a in-line shoulder-mounted kit that allows the use of a Zacuto EVF (not included) off the side with an EVF Rod Mount--similar to a traditional camera package. Includes a Shoulder Pad, Zgrips V3 and Zwiss plate for mounting professional batteries and an AJA Ki Pro mini. When using the Zwiss plate with professional batteries, it also acts as a counter balance weight during handheld shooting.
Comes with the Z-Focus follow focus and a set of lens gears for pulling accurate focus, and a ¼ 20” Lens Support.
