Overview
The Zacuto VCT Tripod Plate will accept the optional VCT Universal Baseplate and the optional VCT Pro Baseplate. This allows for quick transitions between shoulder-mounted and tripod configurations where you need to lock down your camera.
Use the V-wedge style connector to connect your camera rig to your tripod so you can remove it quickly for shoulder-mounted shots or secure the VCT Tripod Plate to your tripod using 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 screw mount points for a more secure connection. Have extra camera accessories to add to your rig? Attach them to the provided 1/4-20 mount points along the side of the VCT Tripod Plate.
The VCT Tripod Plate offers 40mm of vertical adjustment.
NOTE: Zacuto recommends the VCT Tripod Plate for use with Zacuto Next Generation Recoil rigs, which are sold separately.
