	The kit includes a Z-Lite (3.5lb) weight, a Z-Lite Double (7lb) weight, and two 7" male/female rods. It slides onto 15mm rods--both on a single rod, or split up onto double rods. The Z-Lite is stainless steel with rubber o-rings to prevent hard contacts. A built-in lever makes for easy mounting and removal.
