The lens' overall design ensures high resolution, low distortion, excellent color rendition, and incorporates a 14 blade iris system, which remains consistently symmetrical over the whole T-stop range.

Important Note: Some Zeiss CP2 lens sets come with alternative mounts for working with various camera systems. In these sets, Zeiss provides instructions, tools, and a lens chart to enable end users to change mounts. While it is possible for end users to change mounts, we strongly recommend that this work be completed at a lens service center. Abel Cine Tech and other lens service/repair facilities will be able switch lens mounts and guarantee high performance using their optical test equipment.
