This is my table. It will have some merged cells. I might want to change the color of a few cells too.

Heading 1
Heading 2
Heading 3
Heading 4
Heading 5

Try again...

Column 1 Column 2 Column 3 Column 4 Column 5
 a  b  c  d  e

This is a row of merged cells. It was hard to see where the columns were with the CSS applied. I added the column labels in the HTML view.

What would be easier is to create the basic table first (so you see the guides) and then apply the "cms-table" style.

 2  3  4  5
one   two  three  four  five

Once more

heading row

Product 3 44-d 5,000 fps fse sdf
Product 4 sdf sfsdf fsdfsdf
Product 5 fsd 24 fps sfsdf sdfasdf

Now, I Get Really Fancy

  • Let's say I don't want header row on this table. Can I do that?
  • No. The first row automatically has the heading style applied.
  • I can change the background color of cells.
  • I can change the font color.
  • I can change the text alignment if I use the text controls, but not the table cell properties

There is no spell checker in the CMS. We have to check everything in Word!
