The ideal drive set for studio work, this Manfrotto Metal Chain Expan Drive Set with Gray Chain, an expansion for your existing background support system, offers intuitive features to enable you to control how you raise and lower your background paper roll.

The metal chain enables you to quickly and safely adjust the height of your background without having to lower your support stands. This will save you precious time while you work.

Made to work effectively and stand the test of time, this set is made from lightweight aluminium alloy. Not only does this make it a manageable addition to your kit, it also means that it's tough, durable, and strong enough to withstand even heavy use. Although it weighs only 4.4 lb (2 kg), it can support up to 22.04 lb (10 kg). It comes with a red metal chain and weight for strength and stability.

The Drive Set includes (2) expandable inserts for the two sides of your background support system. You can tighten or expand these supports from 1.8" to 3" to appropriately hold and secure your background roll. The red chain fits onto a toothed gearing on one of the Expan Drives.

The Expan Drive Set is compatible with tubes measuring up to 3.14" (80mm). Simply slot in the roll you need.

Supports a single roll of compatible background paper or muslin or cloth. Appropriate for chroma green material in compatible roll.
