Overview
The Manfrotto Nitrotech N12 Video Head with CF Tall Single Legs Tripod System - 100mm Half Ball includes the NITROTECH N12 fluid video head (flat base) and the 536 Carbon Fiber single leg tripod.
The NITROTECH N12 fluid video head features a nitrogen piston mechanism that enables a continuous counterbalance system for precise control of a camera and accessories, from 8.8 lb to 26.4 lb (4 kg to 12 kg) at 2.17" (55mm) center-of-gravity. The variable fluidity function on both pan and tilt allows smooth, judder-free movement. It also features a 3/8"-16 Easy Link equipped with an anti-rotation function that enables an external monitor or other accessory to be attached. The sliding plate side-lock mechanism enables safe, quick and easy camera mounting/dismounting. The NITROTECH head features a flat base mount with standard 3/8"-16 thread that is highly versatile for different support combinations (tripod, slider, jib, or crane), and attaches to the tripod via a 100mm half ball.
The 536 Carbon Fiber tripod features (4) sections and ensures excellent stability and flexibility of operating height, from 10.2" (26cm) to an impressive maximum height of 79.9" (203cm). The single tube structure makes it lightweight, ergonomic, and easy to use. The 536’s leg angle selectors allow each leg to be set quickly, easily, and independently of each other (3 steps: 23°-50°-70°).
