OcuSync 2.0 Digital Video Transmission System
Features up to 4.9 mi range at 1080p resolution, 2.4 / 5.8 GHz real-time, auto-switching frequencies to neatly sidestep interference, 40 Mbps download speed, and 120 ms low latency video transmission. This enables the user to explore more of the world smoothly and safely.
Omni-directional Obstacle Sensing
The Mavic 2 Pro features obstacle sensors on all sides of the aircraft. Advanced Pilot Assistance Systems (APAS) allow it to actively avoid obstacles in front of and behind it, with an additional bottom auxiliary light for low-light conditions, which also assists the downward sensors.
NOTE: Omnidirectional Obstacle Sensing includes left/right, up/down, and forward/backward obstacle sensing. Sensing for left/right directions is only available in Active Track or Tripod Mode. Obstacle sensing does not cover a full 360° around the aircraft, and left/right sensing only functions in specific modes and environments. The DJI warranty does not cover any loss caused by crashing when flying left/right (even when ActiveTrack or Tripod Mode is active); please be aware of your surroundings and App notifications when operating the Mavic 2 to ensure safety.
3-Axis Gimbal
The Mavic 2 Pro features a 3-axis gimbal, providing smooth, stable footage in just about any situation.
Excellent Imaging System
Made in Sweden, Hasselblad cameras are known for their iconic ergonomic design, high image quality, and durable construction. Since 1941, Hasselblad cameras have captured some of the world's most iconic images (including the first Moon landing). The Mavic 2 Pro's L1D-20c camera was co-engineered in partnership with Hasselblad after two years of research. It features the unique Hasselblad Natural Color Solution (HNCS), helping users capture gorgeous 20 megapixel aerial footage with stunning detail.
1" CMOS Sensor
The L1D-20c sensor's active sensing area is 4x more effective than the original Mavic Pro, capturing more information in every pixel for better dynamic range, signal-to-noise ratio, and low-light performance.
10-bit Dlog-M Color Profile
The Mavic 2 Pro supports a 10-bit Dlog-M color profile that yields higher dynamic range for more flexibility in the grading room.
10-bit HDR Video
With 4K 10-bit HDR support, the Mavic 2 Pro can be plugged into a 4K TV with HLG and will immediately play back footage with the correct color tones, including brighter highlihgts and enhanced contrast that make HDR so appealing.
Adjustable Aperture
An f/2.8 to f/11 adjustable aperture provides more flexibility in handling different light conditions.
Hyperlapse
With Hyperlapse, the aircraft shoots stable aerial shots and processes them automatically. JPEG and RAW photos can be saved simultaneously on a microSD for a more flexible post workflow. Features Free, Circle, CourseLock, and Waypoint modes.
Task Library
Task Library allows you to save flight paths so you can easily capture the same scene at different times of day.
Enhanced HDR Photos
An improved HDR algorithm blends a sequence of photos for higher dynamic range and fewer unwanted artificial effects.
Hyperlight
HyperLight photos provide a low-light setting to enhance your images while drastically reducing noise.
H.265 Codec for Higher Quality Video
The Mavic 2 Pro and Mavic 2 Zoom (sold separately) both support the advanced H.265/HEVC codec, which maintains 50% more information and preserves greater detail than video shot in H.264/AVC.
ActiveTrack 2.0
Featuring improvements in both hardware and software, ActiveTrack 2.0 provides excellent tracking experience with more precise recognition (mapping a 3D view of the environment via the main camera and dual forward vision sensors), trajectory prediction (algorithms help to maintain tracking when your subject is temporarily blocked by an obstruction), high-speed tracking (for fast moving objects like cars and boats, at speeds up to 44mph (72kph), and obstacle avoidance through flight path planning on the 3D map (reading, recognizing, and avoiding obstacles in front of and behind the aircraft while filming your subject, without interruption).
Panoramas
The Mavic 2 Pro supports (4) panorama modes, including Sphere, 180°, Horizontal, and Vertical.
