Freedom360 Classic Mount

Record spherical video in 360° with this Freedom360 Classic Mount for specific GoPro cameras (not included). Use your own GoPro Hero 3+ or Hero4 cameras, or purchase a Mount & Camera Kit from AbelCine for a complete, production-ready package.

The lightweight, rugged Freedom360 Classic Mount secures (6) GoPro cameras to a central frame. Power the cameras and change media without removing the cameras from the mount. A simple screwdriver enables you to extract the cameras quickly, if needed, by disconnecting the numbered mounting braces. Mount the Freedom360 to a monopod when ready to shoot.

The Freedom360 mount features a compact form factor designed to avoid parallax error and inherent problems stitching footage, which occur any time a camera is moved away from the theoretical optical center. With all (6) GoPro cameras attached, the weight of the unit is only 2.8 lb (127g).

Please note that AbelCine carries the complete line of Freedom360 products. An available option (sold separately) is the Explorer Mount (for wet or rugged terrestrial conditions, though not underwater capable), as well as a full line of accessories: lightweight/portable poles, compact ball tripods, extensions, counterweights, and additional accessories to enable VR filming on a professional level. AbelCine can help you create interactive 360° video for viewing on HMDs (Head Mounted Displays) such as Oculus Rift or HTC Vive, smartphone-enabled displays like Google Cardboard, or any laptop, tablet, or smartphone supporting 360° gyroscopic view.
