Overview
The Westcott Flex Cine DMX RGBW 2-Light Gear Kit (1' x 1') features adjustable full visible color spectrum output, allowing you to take full control of color on set and on location without sacrificing power or portability. At 1/3" thin and weighing less than 3 lb, Flex Cine LED mats are ideal for lighting in compact spaces, concealing on set, travel, and storage.
With a groundbreaking form factor, Flex Cine LED mats have an adjustable light spread up to 360°. These pliable mats are also designed with integrated mounting options, including hook-and-loop edging, powerful magnetic corners that support the weight of the mat, and metal grommets for hanging.
These versatile lights produce brighter output than comparable flexible LED mats currently available on the marke, offering an outstanding quality of light with impressive color-accurate output up to 97 CRI and 98 TLCI. Flex Cine RGBW LED mats provide flicker-free performance up to 960 frames per second.
These are the only flexible LED mats backed by a lifetime limited manufacturer's warranty. They are extremely durable, with a water-resistant IP 64 rating up to the connector. Flex Cine LED mats connect to a Flex Cine Dimmer via heavy-duty cables with TE-9 pin connectors. These cables are equipped with Mat Sensing Technology that allow Flex Cine Dimmers to automatically detect which Flex LED mat is connected to customize available controls and specify the exact voltage needed to operate the light.
The industry's first dimmer for flexible LEDs that's designed with DMX512 Input/Output 5-Pin Male/Female XLR and wireless DMX capability for controlling one or multiple dimmers via WiFi Host/Client Mode. When operating DMX over Art-Net, the dimmer is compatible with mobile apps including Luminair that offer advanced lighting effects and controls.
When utilizing the dimmer's on-board controls, users have access to a dynamic range of tools that control color and intensity, including 120+ pre-loaded color gel presets with daylight or tungsten backing, source-matching presets, user-defined presets, CCT controls, and more.
Each dimmer is equipped with Hybrid Pulse Width Modulation that allows Flex LED mats to be dimmed down to 1% while maintaining a flicker-free output up to 960 fps. Mat Sensing Technology detects which Flex LED mat is connected, specifies the required voltage, and customizes the available dimmer controls. A built-in USB port allows for future firmware updates.
The included V-Mount AC adapters are designed to power any size Flex Cine LED mat that's paired with a Flex Cine Wireless DMX Dimmer. Offering up to 240W of power, this AC unit is designed to work with the dimmer’s sensing technology to adjust wattage based upon the mat connected.
Flex Cine Softboxes are designed with bright silver interiors and precisely places diffusers to effectively direct and soften Flex LED mats while maximizing light output. Pair with the a Flex Cine Softbox Egg Crate Grid (included) for a fast and reliable way to gain precise directional light control, contain light spill, and narrow the light's beam angle. These compact modifiers collapse flat for storage.
Durable Scrim Jim Cine frame tubes are constructed of anodized aluminum and feature riveted heavy-duty hook tape on two sides for attaching a Flex mat to a variety of Flex Cine modifiers. Each frame tube includes a built-in 3/8"-16 thread, allowing streamlined mounting to the included Flex Yoke, or your preferred stand or arm.
The Flex Cine Gear Bag is a compact and durable storage solution for transporting the lighting kit locally without having to disassemble components.
