Overview
The ARRI / ZEISS 35mm Master Prime LDS T1.3 has been jointly developed by ARRI and ZEISS for speed and optical performance surpassing that of all standard primes. A wide stop of T1.3 allows shooting in low or available light for more natural-looking shots, creating the cinematic look of an extremely shallow depth of field. The integrated Lens Data System (LDS) shows real-time lens status and depth of field information on the video assist or on a dedicated Lens Data Display, and is especially useful when using a crane or Steadicam.
