Movcam Cage Kit for Sony a7 / a7S

The Movcam Cage Kit for Sony a7 / a7S includes a precision-machined aluminum camera cage with top handle, 15mm LWS baseplate, and riser block. The user retains easy access to camera controls, connectors/ports, and the multi-interface shoe mount (atop the camera grip side of the cage). There are arrays of 1/4"-20 accessory mounting threads along the top and sides of the cage. The top handle is removable, with additional 1/4"-20 accessory threads and an integrated cold shoe mount.

The cage base plate attaches to the rail of the riser block, which mounts the camera to the 15mm LWS rod support baseplate, setting proper lens height for use of accessories like matteboxes and follow focus devices. The baseplate is compatible with Movcam's Universal LWS Baseplate System (sold separately).
