Cooke Anamorphic/i S35 (2x) Prime Lenses

The Cooke Anamorphic/i Super35 harness all the anamorphic lens characteristics demanded by filmmakers today and historically for film and digital image capture. They encompass the Cooke Look with distinctive oval bokeh and greatly minimized variation in astigmatism, through focus and reduced lateral colour to maximise image quality with digital cameras. While the "look" is crucial, precision engineering and seamless integration with other equipment is equally important. The Anamorphic /i T2.3 prime lenses are color matched to Cooke’s S4/i, 5/i and miniS4/i prime lenses.

The optics of the Anamorphic lens are designed to give maximum performance at full aperture with superior control of flare, distortion and spherical aberration. They offer a linear iris and Anamorphic characteristics including 2:1 oval bokeh for out of focus highlights.

The Anamorphic lens /i Technology is accessible via a cable connector near the lens mount, and contacts in the PL mount which sync with /i compatible cameras and accessories. It provides vital information on lens setting, focusing distance, aperture and depth-of-field, hyperfocal distance, serial number, owner data, lens type and focal length in both metric and imperial measurements.
