This battery mount is a replacement for the standard RED battery mount, It will pass the battery status information of RED-brand V-lock batteries to the camera. The GP-SRED will mount directly to standard RED mounting plates such as the RED Cradle or RED Quickplate. It also includes a PowerTap 12v power port that is fused to protect your accessories. The GP-SRED uses Switronix's time-tested industry-standard mounting plate design for solid, robust performance.
