Unlike the other Zacuto Z-Finders, the Z-Finder Jr. does not have a diopter, but uses Z-Finder Extender Frames to adjust to the focal point of -2.75 (range is unlimited when using the extender frames included). The skirt of the Z-Finder Jr. allows you to semi-permanently stack the extender frames until the LCD screen is in focus. The supplied mounting bracket is designed to be sandwiched between a tripod plate and the camera for stability. The provided lanyard allows for quick removal of the unit.

Note: The mounting bracket included with the Z-Finder Jr. will only work on small body DSLRs such as the Canon 5D/7D. A Gorilla Plate, as well as the battery grip frame or taller frame, or the snap fit mounting adhesive frame are required for use with small body DSLRs with a battery grip, or a taller body camera like the Canon 1D Mark IV.
