Kino Flo, a pioneer in cool-running, continuous lighting for film and video, initially using flicker-free fluorescent technology, has moved into LED-based fixtures. They now have a full line of well-regarded soft sources incorporating lighting effects, wireless control, and energy efficiency.
In this blog, I work with the Freestyle, Diva and Celeb. I put them in various lighting scenarios – indoor, outdoor and studio – and shot test footage to see the results. All the lights share a common menu structure so the settings and processes I demo in this video can be applied to all of the units.
