Consult & Design

Our Approach

Every client and project is unique. That’s why our process is focused on listening, observing and gaining an understanding of the technical and business objectives of every single project. With this information, we are able to make sound recommendations and engage with the project’s stakeholders in the way that is most effective for them.

We can provide any level of design and consultation that you require, from auditing your existing plans to complete project design and specification. We have deep knowledge of cinema, broadcast, post, and communications, and we keep abreast of emerging technology. We are able to leverage this knowledge into design solutions that are flexible and scalable to meet your current and future requirements.

A Flexible Process

We recognize that each project has its own unique challenges, whether they are related to budget, time frame, or technology. Because of this, we’re comfortable shifting our process and role to match the requirements of your project.

In the consulting and design phase, we can provide technologies and equipment for testing and evaluation in order to identify what best meets your objectives. We’ll discuss options and trade-offs to help you arrive at the best solution.

At the end of this phase, we’ll provide a Scope of Work that details all of the project components, including personnel, equipment and materials, project milestones, and all associated workflows and documentation.
