Wooden Camera NATO Handle Kit - Plus, 100mm

The NATO standard quick-release on the base of the Wooden Camera NATO Handle Kit (Plus, 100mm) permits you to attach and reattach the handle without scews. This rotating rosette-style grip allows you to loosen a screw, rotate the handle to your desired position, then tighten the screw once more to secure the handle.

• NATO Handle - Plus
• Safety NATO Rail - 100mm

Not only is this NATO Handle great for gripping your camera, it also features multiple mount points:

• A forward facing 15mm rod opening and a rear rod opening of 19mm are available for attaching optional single rods for optional focus motors, clamping on an optional on-board recorder/monitor, and much more.
• Use the integrated shoe mount (above the 15mm rod opening) to attach on-board camera lights, microphone shock mounts, etc.
• 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 holes on the grip area will attach your additional accessories
• Use the 1/4-20 holes on the handle front to attach your rod clamps, which allow for pass through rods front to back.

A Safety NATO Rail (100mm) is included in this kit. It attaches to (2) 1/4-20 screw points which are spaced up to 72mm apart center to center. (2) screws are included for your convenience.

Since the NATO Handle Plus features an integrated 15mm clamp mechanism, it fits the optional Wooden Camera UVF Mount versions with no clamp.

To attach the NATO Handle Kit to your camera & position the handle:

1. Slide the handle onto the NATO rail.
2. Turn the provided thumbscrew to lock in place.
3. Loosen the top knob to adjust grip rotation.
4. Tighten the top knob when your handle is positioned appropriately.

To remove the handle (for a smaller configuration) you would loosen the thumbscrew, slide the handle along the NATO rail to the end, then press the safety pin.

Be sure to examine the provided graphic which features this NATO Handle along with an optional Rod Clamp for 15mm or 19mm studio rod spacing. Secure it to your handle with 1/4-20 threaded mount points on the front of the handle base.
