Overview
The versatile Fujinon XK6x20 20-120mm Cabrio Cinema Zoom Lens can be used as a standard PL lens for Cinematography or as a handheld ENG-style lens with the (optional) servo functionality. The servo drive is detachable to allow you to switch between styles depending on your current project. The lens includes flange focal distance adjustment and macro function, plus a T Stop of T3.5 with crisp quality across the focal range. This 20-12mm zoom lens with the servo weighs only 6.39lb (2.9kg).
An optional servo drive grip is sold separately.
The XK6x20 is both Lens Data System (LDS) and /i metadata compatible so you can record zoom, iris position information, and focus. You’ll be happy to hear that shims are not required to adjust the flange focal distance.
The 20-120mm S35 sensor size (Super 35 Film Format - 24.84 x 13.97mm) is suitable for large sensors and full-frame resolution paired with your digital cinema camera. The lens boasts a 9-blade iris for natural imagery. Use the included lens hood to reduce flare. A removable lens support is included.
Remove the optional servo drive unit to use with cine motors and matteboxes. The digital servo contains 16-bit encoding for accuracy. Adjust zoom speed on the servo grip with a small button. There is also a Quickzoom (Q-Z) button to check focus at 120mm. Release the button to return to your previous zoom position.
Fujinon has included luminous barrel markings for dark shooting situations. You can also swap between meters or feet (Imperial) since both are displayed on the barrel. It offers industry standard 0.8 Cine gearing. Access the Macro with a lever behind the aperture ring at the back of the lens.
Control this 20-120mm Cabrio Cinema Zoom lens with Fujinon wired or wireless controllers and with third-party wireless controllers.
