The Tiffen Black Satin FX 3 Filter - 4 x 5.65 is designed specifically for modern digital lenses and camera sensors, to enhance the natural beauty of talent with minimal signs of filtration. The Black Satin gently controls highlights, reduces contrast and adds a grittier look than regular Satin filters, while suppressing facial blemishes and wrinkles. Additionally, these filters maintain a clear, in-focus overall image, offering a filmic aesthetic to digital acquisition.
Tiffen filters are crafted with ColorCore technology, where the filter substrate is laminated between two pieces of optical glass, ground flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000 inch.
