RED Weapon Dragon 6K Digital Cinema Camera - S35

The RED WEAPON Woven CF 6K BRAIN with OLPF 3-Pack enables the user to capture motion and stills in 6K 2.4:1 at up to 100 frames per second (fps), or 6K FF 17:9 at 75 fps, with the cutting-edge RED DRAGON^® sensor, optimized for WEAPON^®. Manufactured with ultra-lightweight carbon fiber, the WEAPON Woven CF delivers a new level of intuitive control and ergonomic design. WEAPON retains the best aspects from RED EPIC^® and SCARLET^® while adding numerous performance enhancements, such as on-board Apple ProRes and Avid DNxHR/HD recording and limited 3D LUT support—all in a smaller BRAIN^®, completely redesigned for modular performance. WEAPON CF offers the only upgrade path to the 8K RED DRAGON sensor.

Just one of the major improvements with WEAPON is the integration of the new DSMC2^® intelligent OLPF system, making it easier than ever to optimize footage for your shooting environment by quickly swapping out the optical low pass filter.

• STANDARD: This OLPF offers the perfect balance of light gathering and protective qualities for most shooting environments; ideal for demanding shooting schedules, and balanced for both light and dark environments, ensuring you’re always ready to capture the perfect shot
• SKIN TONE-HIGHLIGHT: This OLPF captures and preserves color quality in highlights, bright colors, and well-lit environments; ideal for skin tones and best with lower ISO values
• LOW LIGHT OPTIMIZED: This OLPF provides excellent color and tonal reproduction in dim to dark environments; for capture and preservation of color quality in mid-tones, darks, and shadows

This item includes the WEAPON Woven CF 6K BRAIN and other primary components. Additional accessories are required to power the camera and/or record to media.

NOTE: The WEAPON BRAIN itself does not have a DC IN power port. A port expander or power module is required to power the camera.
