The ARRI Basic Cine Set for RED DSMC2 is designed to complement the modular RED DSMC2 BRAIN form factor, transforming it into a versatile, compact cine-style camera configuration. The top plate adds accessory mounting points to the camera body, and the top handle makes handheld operation and mounting/dismounting from fluid heads far more ergonomic and secure. A top, 15mm LWS-mounted monitor bracket enables adjustable attachment of your DSMC2 onboard monitor.
The Cine Plate features front and rear 15mm LWS consoles and dual ARRI-style rosettes for handheld attachments. It attaches to the BPS-2 sled, which allows for precise balance adjustment on a 12" dovetail plate (included). It is also compatible with ARRI bridgeplates (e.g., the BP-9 15mm Studio bridgeplate). Both 9.4" and 5.5" 15mm support rods are included for the monitor bracket and 15mm LWS lens support.
