Bright Tangerine Left Field Top and Bottom Kit for RED DSMC2

The Bright Tangerine Left Field Top and Bottom Kit includes everything you need to build a compact RED DSMC2 camera rig. The quick release baseplate features an ARRI standard dovetail clamp, enabling the user to easily transition from tripod to shoulder mount with the included Left Field ARRI Dovetail Plate, or any other ARRI standard dovetail.

Featuring sliding capabilities on the bottom and top plates, you can set the camera and top handle at the optimum position for counterbalance and weight distribution when building a large camera configuration. The baseplate also offers 15mm LWS rod support for accessories like a follow focus, rear battery mounting plate, or lens motors.

Mounting your accessories is simplified thanks to multiple 1/4"-20, 3/8"-16, and ARRI accessory mounts (3/8"-16 with adjacent locating pin holes) on the top plate and top handle. Machined from single blocks of aluminum, these accessories are designed to withstand the most extreme environments without adding unnecessary weight to your rig. 

The REC button on the top handle communicates directly with the camera, using the included trigger cable. This trigger cable can also be used to connect other compatible devices.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The 15mm LWS DSMC2 Baseplate & top plate is not compatible when the Teradek Sidekick Latitude is in use due to the protruding power-in powers. The DSMC2 Top Plate is not compatible with the RED Touch 4.7" LCD monitor.
