Overview
The Wooden Camera Master Top Handle for ARRI ALEXA Mini / Canon C700 - Main Handle Section is the core component of a modular handle system designed for larger camera builds and rear of camera operation. The Main Handle Section attaches securely in two places to the Unified Cage (ALEXA Mini), the older Quick and Fixed Cage (ALEXA Mini), or the Top Plate (Canon C700, Sony Venice) via (4) 1/4"-20 bolts. It features 1/4"-20, 3/8"-16, and ARRI standard accessory mounting points on three sides for attaching accessories.
The Main Section also has a hot shoe mount (top-front), as well as a 15mm LWS top rod clamp with thumbscrew. The front and rear faces of the handle also feature a single 15mm clamp with a kip lever and M4 locking screw, respectively.
Extensions are added easily and securely by inserting at the correct angle, aligning the tab and slot, rotating clockwise, and pushing in again. This multi-action attachment method prevents the extensions from accidentally being removed. Once pushed into place, simply tighten the included screws to keep extensions locked in position.
