ARRI MX30 3-Axis MAXIMA Gimbal

The ARRI MAXIMA 3-axis gimbal (MX30) can be used with a jib, crane or can be handheld. The MAXIMA is a crucial part of the TRINITY stabilizer. It offers a payload capacity of up to 66 lb. The stabilizer is based upon a ring which surrounds the camera's center of gravity. 

The MAXIMA (MX30) features a perfect center of gravity in a sleek, lightweight design. A ball bearing roll cage, expansive weight capacity, and brushless motors are central to the durable design. Add an optional Top Holder to expand your configuration and permit the MAXIMA to mount on a rig, crane or jib.

One of the advantages of this gimbal over other ones is that there are no length restrictions on your camera configuration, only weight. You can use a large camera with a large lens and still have the ability to stabilizer through the inertia of movement, even when the camera is mounted on a helicopter or car mount. Also, the MAXIMA offers a permanent 1 kilo weight compensation so that you can change lenses and not require a rebalance on set.

A 32-bit multiprocessor manages direct and intuitive handling. Multi-sensor data is lossless due to an additional slave RISC processor support. Utilize either pre-configured profiles or create customized profiles instead.

A joystick mounted on the outer frame aids with changes of angle. An optional bidirectional 2.4 GHz wireless remote control allows tilt, pan, and roll movements. The intelligent software and precise hardware enable vertical swivels up to 90 degrees.

A 1.5" OLED screen permits a user to review operating mode, battery status, and to toggle between profiles.
