Sony RM-30BP Remote Commander

Sony RM-30BP Remote Commander is the sucessor to the industry's first comprehensive, multifunctional remote commander (RM-1000BP). The wired RM-30BP can control most of your compatible camera functions including:

  • Manual focus

  • Zoom
• Camera control
  • Recording/display functions
  • Shutter speed
  • White balance
  • Plus 6x assignable buttons
• Playback and multi camera control - up to 3 cameras

Ideal for freelancers and small-budget productions, the lightweight remote can be handheld, placed on a table or attached to a tripod arm for operation.

The RM-30BP can also be connected to your MCX-500 for multi camera control directly from the switcher. This Remote Commanders is compatible with your Sony HXR-NX5R HD Camcorder or the optional Sony PXW-FS7 v4.0, with plans to introduce compatibility for other Sony camcorders.

In addition, you can electronically select/control which ND filter is in use on your camera with a simple adjustment knob for those cameras supporting electronic switching of ND filters.
