The new flagship of the Cinema EOS family is the C700/FF, which features an updated modular design and multiple recording formats: 4K 60P/50P, 240fps, and RAW/XF-AVC/Pro-Res. It is an ideal camera for high-end projects requiring 4K UHD TV or 4K DCI cinema deliverables and is available with either a Super 35mm sensor or a full frame (FF) sensor. The C500 Mark II is the latest Cinema EOS camera. Using the same 5.9K full frame CMOS sensor as the flagship C700 FF, the C500 Mk II also captures Super 35mm in true 4K. Capable of over 15 stops of dynamic range, and with a color gamut that exceeds ITU-R BT.2020, the C500 Mk II is HDR ready. Canon Cinema RAW Light is available in all recording modes, and the camera records to internal CFexpess media. With a compact and lightweight design, and impressive specs out of the box, the modular C500 Mark II can be adapted to many different shooting styles with a selection of expansion units. It also offers user interchangeable lens mounts in Canon EF, PL, or locking EF for complete flexibility.
