In today’s ministry landscape, media is more than a support tool — it is a spiritual amplifier. From Sunday services to livestreamed outreach, forward-thinking ministry leaders are challenging the status quo, redefining what’s possible, and aligning innovation with purpose.
The NEXT // Media Summit is designed specifically for this moment, helping faith-based teams combine vision, technology, and creative excellence in service of their message. Created for church media directors, broadcast teams, executive pastors, and visionary production leaders, this Summit offers more than education — it’s also a community actively envisioning the future of worship, production, and ministry environments.

In this portion of the program, we’ll guide ministry teams through the process of defining the message they want to convey and the visual language by which to deliver it. Through real-world case studies and creative sessions, we’ll focus on the cinematic.

Enablement is about more than gear — it’s about the application of the chosen tools. Through hands-on demos and technical breakouts, teams will learn how to employ equipment tailored to the demands of worship environments.

Superiority of execution is ultimately what makes the difference between ordinary and extraordinary media content. In this final phase, we help ministries refine their production approach, deliver consistently and build toward long-term scalability.
Invitation Only: A Gathering of Thought Leaders
E3 is an exclusive, invitation-only event, bringing together a select group of influential leaders from the faith-based broadcast and production world. These are the churches setting the bar—not just in technical execution, but in vision, storytelling, and spiritual impact.
This is a room full of peers—people who understand the weight and wonder of the work.
Day 1 will kick off with an inspirational talk from a creative director, along with displays of the latest technology from a curated list of manufacturers, and plenty of dedicated networking time with fellow church production professionals. On Day 2, attendees will experience a tour of Cosm Dallas, followed by an interactive discussion on the future of faith-based content distribution.
Attendance is free, but please register by August 31.
Additional dates will be scheduled: NYC (October), LA (November), and Las Vegas (April '26).
A Community Within a Community
Though we're kicking things off with the Dallas dates, E3 is more than a one-time event. It’s the beginning of a movement. We are building a community within a community — a trusted network of ministry media professionals committed to sharing, growing, and lifting each other up.
A place to exchange best practices.
A place to explore new technologies and creative approaches.
A place to encourage and challenge one another to go further—spiritually and professionally.
Because media within the church isn’t just a role. It’s a calling.
