Publisher's Clearing House (PCH) tapped AbelCine to build a broadcast studio in their new headquarters in Jericho, NY. PCH wanted to focus on content creation for social media outlets to engage its audience further. The challenge for PCH was to create a live studio that could be run by either a single person or by a crew of three to six people.

Sony's new flagship digital cinema camera, the VENICE, is officially shipping and finding its way into the hands of DPs and operators around the world. Equipped with a full format, 6K sensor, the VENICE allows for high-resolution capture with a cinematic aesthetic. To fully unlock the capabilities of your new Sony VENICE, you will need to install both the Full Frame (CBKZ-3610F), as well as the Anamorphic (CBKZ-3610A) optional licenses.

The new Sony a7 III is the latest addition to the Alpha 7 series of cameras, packing a brand new 24-megapixel, backside illuminated sensor (BSI) with 5-axis optical image stabilization. This camera is what Sony refers to as a “basic” full frame model, but that doesn’t mean it is lacking in features at all.

The SUMO19 (Monitor/Recorder), and SUMO19M (Monitor), represent a new form factor in the growing line of recording and monitoring solutions from ATOMOS. With the need for more accurate monitoring and recording solutions for today's digital cinema cameras (that are capable of capturing and outputting HDR imagery), the SUMO19 and SUMO19M help content producers more accurately work with their camera systems.

The new EPIC-W GEMINI 5K S35 from RED utilizes a new sensor that has dual sensitivity modes for maximum flexibility. With the dual modes, users can select Gemini's Standard Mode for normal shooting environments or take advantage of the Low Light mode for those difficult darker scenes. In the Low Light mode, the camera's native ISO switches to 3200 as compared to the Standard Mode's 800 ISO.
