NAB 2015: Switronix Hypercine Batteries

I stopped by the Switronix booth to speak with Jose Flores, Product Specialist, about their new block battery system, Hypercine. This product is Switronix's answer to a battery system for the cinema market.

It is an air travel friendly, block solution battery, giving you more power with a faster charging system. The unit allows the user to place four brick battery packs onto the device housing, creating one single unit, and offering both 14.4V and 28V power output. It has a self-sufficient charger and comes in 400, 600 and 800 watts. It features aluminum housing, providing extra protection and making it a great option for owner operators and rental houses.

Watch the video above to learn more and look for the Hypercine to begin shipping in about 6 weeks.
