Once a project build is complete, we’ll ensure your staff is fully educated on the installation. Our team will provide on-site training on the technical aspects and operation of all technologies and equipment.

Thanks to our in-house education capabilities, we can also provide application and skills training in areas of camera operation, lighting, audio, production switcher operation, color, post, and remote operability. This training can be fully customized to the needs of your team and your project specifications.

Support & Service

Our support for integration projects is customizable and delivered in the method that is best for each client and project. Our technical team can provide phone, email, remote and on-site tech support. We also offer service, maintenance, and system upgrades for all technologies we deploy.

To meet any ongoing service needs, we can design service agreements tailored to specific projects, addressing the support, maintenance, software upgrades, calibration, and onsite assurance components required. These support packages can also be structured as AbelCare flexible spending programs, which allow clients to allocate their budget in the areas where it is most needed.
