Overview
CineMilled Ready Rig GS DJI Ronin 2 (R2) Spindle (30mm) is a gimbal accessory for the DJI Ronin-2 R2 3-Axis Handheld Gimbal Stabilizer. It adjusts the force needed to tilt your gimbal when used with your Ready Rig GS. The tube clamp size for this Spindle Mount with high quality bearings is 30mm. With the support of your Ready Rig, you can more easily adjust your Ronin 2 with these spindles.*
When you slide the gimbal up, your rig becomes more top heavy. When you slide it down to the post - so you are closer to center of gravity - and the rig feels more neutral. The sliding Spindle Mount is an adjustable spool to slide on the side bars of your Ronin 2.
Similar to what you do with your Steadicam Post, these spindle mounts allow you to slide them up for a more bottom heavy rig that requires more effort to tilt the Ring. Slide them down, closer to CG, and your Ring is now more neutral so that it is easier and requires less effort to tilt and maneuver than without the Spindles in place.
