To unlock the high voltage output function, couple Helix with a Core SWX mount plate (sold separately). Once mounted, the battery pack will transmit the higher voltage efficiently to the camera, yet still have access to 14V for other production accessories. In addition, the battery mount plates are compatible with standard on-board battery packs, so you can continue to use your existing onboard batteries on a wide range of cameras with different input voltage requirements (ARRI AMIRA, ALEXA, ALEXA MINI, etc.) when using a Helix mount.

The Core SWX Fleet-DM2A Fleet Micro Digital Simultaneous Dual Charger - 3-Stud (Gold) Mount offers a complete battery management system for your battery “Fleet,” including an onboard LCD to monitor intelligent battery data. In addition to being the fastest battery charger in the industry today (four 98Wh packs in under 2.5 hours), this charger offers a test mode to determine battery health and recharge performance. With the inclusion of a micro USB port on the rear of the unit, that data can then be viewed and managed via a PC application. The micro USB port doubles as an input for future free firmware upgrades (downloadable via the web). 

In addition to battery management, the Fleet Micro charger includes SafeFly mode.  With one touch of the onboard membrane-button console, the charger will either charge the connected packs up to 30% or discharge to under 30%, depending on current state of charge of connected batteries. One-touch operation allows you to quickly prepare all packs for air travel or shipment. This feature can also be applied to a single connected pack.

The Fleet Micro series is cross-compatible, able to charge not only Core SWX battery packs, but also those offered by Anton/Bauer, and more. Compatibility provides peace of mind that whether you’re on location with multiple crews, charging legacy packs, or building your rental fleet, the Fleet Micro has you covered.

This charger includes a 90W, 4-pin XLR power supply, compatible with most cameras. In addition to the onboard power supply, the charger doubles as a battery bank when in “Hypercine” power supply mode (unregulated, 12-16.8V DC). The charger parallels all onboard battery packs to provide continuous power, and the charger’s LCD reports back available capacity as well as remaining runtime. 

NOTE: With the optional “Hypercine module” (sold separately), the charger provides both unregulated 12-16.8V 4-pin XLR, as well as 28V regulated 3-pin XLR DC outputs.

The Core SWX Helix PMC (Power Management Control) Battery Mount Plate for ARRI ALEXA Mini LF / Mini - Gold Mount clamps to 15mm LWS rods for use with your ARRI ALEXA Mini LF or ALEXA Mini camera, featuring high voltage output up to 33.6V DC, maximizing efficiency for the camera system.
