Chrosziel DV StudioRig Plus with Drive Gear and Flexi Gear

The Chrosziel DV StudioRig Plus Follow Focus is designed for smooth and precise control over your camera's focus. It comes with a comfortable hand wheel that has a non-slip padded surface. The VariLock feature allows you to set two hard stops, and there's a free-wheel mode for easy adjustments. The scale (205-02) is suitable for one-sided operation.

This follow focus is compatible with lenses up to 130 mm in diameter (when used with gear drive 206-12). This kit includes (1) Flexi Gear Ring for lenses without hard mounted gear teeth. Changing lenses is quick and easy with a single lock for the rod and extension clamp. The hand wheel has a fine-structured rubber surface for a secure grip.

You can customize the scale easily, and the reference marking is adjustable for the operator or assistant. Gear drives and gear rings for different lenses ensure precise adjustments and can be mounted on both sides of the gear unit without the need for tools.

The VariLock 2 includes red and blue stoppers, indicating infinity or another distance and the second focal plane or the nearest lens setting, respectively. Unlocking the variable end stops allows the hand wheel to turn freely. This feature enables the camera operator to control and reproduce focus settings precisely, even without an assistant. Both stoppers are covered with soft rubber for silent operation.
